UENI's terms say UENI is the registrant of a domain it provides. You can ask for it to be transferred to you for a one-time fee, and once you cancel, UENI-provided domains become inaccessible. With GrowLocal your domain stays in your own registrar account, or we buy it at registrar cost in your name.

UENI's terms set a minimum term on your order summary. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, and if you cancel before the minimum term ends, the full amount for that term becomes payable. New customers have a 30-day money-back guarantee. GrowLocal has no contract.
