While we aim to build websites that help your business succeed online, we make no guarantees regarding website traffic, search engine rankings, customer acquisition, sales, leads, or revenue. The success of your business depends on many factors beyond our control.

2. AI-Generated Content

GrowLocal uses artificial intelligence tools as part of our website design and content creation process. You should be aware of the following:

• Your website may contain AI-generated text, layouts, and design elements
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
• AI-generated content may not be copyrightable under current United States law. This means some elements of your website may not receive copyright protection
• We review AI output as part of our process, but we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content is accurate, original, or free from error
• Design patterns, structural layouts, and code approaches may be similar across different customer sites

You are responsible for reviewing all content on your website for accuracy before going live and on an ongoing basis. If you find inaccuracies, contact us and we will correct them.

3. No Professional Advice

Nothing on growlocal.site, in our marketing materials, or on websites we build for customers constitutes:

• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Tax advice
• Professional business consulting

For professional advice, consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or business advisor.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service depends on third-party providers. We are not responsible for:

• Stripe -- payment processing availability, fees, disputes, or policy changes
• Cloudflare -- CDN, DNS, or hosting infrastructure outages or service changes
• Etsy -- product data accuracy, availability, sync delays, API changes, or account issues

If you connect an Etsy shop, product data synced from Etsy may be delayed or inaccurate. Prices, inventory, and product details on your GrowLocal-hosted site may not always match your Etsy shop in real time.

5. Uptime & Availability

GrowLocal does not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and does not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. Service interruptions can occur due to:

• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Infrastructure issues
• Third-party service outages
• Security incidents
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses, missed revenue, or damages resulting from downtime, whether planned or unplanned. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

6. Domain Names

Regarding domain names registered through GrowLocal:

• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific domain name
• Domain registration is subject to ICANN policies and the terms of our domain registrar
• Newly registered or recently transferred domains are subject to a 60-day transfer lock per ICANN rules
• We are not liable for domain disputes, trademark conflicts, or third-party claims related to your domain name
• You are responsible for ensuring your domain name does not infringe on existing trademarks or intellectual property

7. Affiliate Disclosure (FTC)

GrowLocal operates an affiliate referral program. This means:

• Some people who recommend GrowLocal may receive compensation (commissions) for referring new customers
• If you were referred by an affiliate, your price is not affected -- you pay the same rate as any other customer
• Affiliates are required to disclose their financial relationship with GrowLocal in accordance with FTC guidelines

If you are a GrowLocal affiliate, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to GrowLocal whenever you promote our services.

8. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from using GrowLocal. In particular:

• We make no earnings guarantees -- having a website does not guarantee revenue, profits, or growth
• Business results depend on many factors entirely beyond our control, including your products, market conditions, competition, marketing efforts, and economic factors
• Any testimonials or case studies we share reflect individual results and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome
• Past performance of other customers is not indicative of your potential results

9. Customer Content

GrowLocal does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of the information, content, and materials you provide to us. Specifically:

• We do not fact-check your business claims, descriptions, or credentials
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is legal, accurate, and does not infringe on the rights of others
• If your content results in legal claims, you are responsible (see our Indemnification clause)

10. Limitation of Liability

This is a brief summary. For the full terms:

• GrowLocal's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities
